Felipe Munoz

Executive Director

Felipe has spent his career developing athletes on the field while leveraging growth opportunities for the sports programs he leads. His high level visions and talent-development methods have led him to invitational participation within CONMEBOL/FIFA. Through these events he has firsthand experience organizing youth World Cup qualifying tournaments.  Most recently he served as the Head Director of Coaching at Florida Elite Soccer Academy where he oversaw the coaching staff development, tournaments and events organization, sponsorships and partnership planning, and coordination of new programs. Felipe implemented new and innovative techniques to increase enrollment, as well as running one of the largest soccer tournament and ID Showcases in the country. These events not only provided unique opportunities for players, but also brought significant revenue to the local economy. 

Prior to his role in youth soccer, Felipe served as an Athletic Director in a private school setting. He was also the Head Coach of the Texas A&M Int. University Women’s Soccer Team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Int., holding a bachelors degree in Fitness & Sports, as well as a masters degrees in Sports Management and Leadership. He has held the role of adjunct professor at Texas A&M Int. University in the field of Fitness and Sports. He is currently dedicated to building the best sports club in Florida. 

Kassandra Orloff

Director of Sports Operations

Kassandra has a Masters degree in Sports Management from Western Kentucky University. Prior to working with Prime Sports. Kassandra worked from Western Kentucky University in the Campus Recreation Department for 2 years coordinating Intramural and Club Sports. Kassandra also interned with Mid-South Conference in Game Day Operations. While working at Western Kentucky University, Kassandra held many positions in the National Intramural Recreational Sports Association. She was the Kentucky State Leader and served on many committees in the region. Kassandra is excited to now be working with Prime Sports in Youth Sports where she will have the opportunity to help create an environment and culture that puts the athlete and their families first. 
Chelsea Santoro

Director of Public Relations

Chelsea is a career higher education administrator, currently serving as a Senior Director at Jacksonville University.  She lends her experience to Florida Prime by implementing technical platforms, garnering community support, and working to maximize program participation and outcomes for athletes. Additionally, Chelsea has experience leading youth athletic and recreational programs as co-founder and operator of St. Johns Day Camps and WGV Soccer Academy.

Originally, Chelsea is from Bethlehem, PA, where she attended Moravian College, receiving her bachelors degree and Lehigh University where she studied project management.

Nathan Floyd

Director of Media

Nathan grew up right here in St. Johns while playing a variety of sports all the way up through high school. He graduated from Bartram Trail where he was in the IT Academy which helped him earn the 8 media-based certifications that he holds. He is currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bioengineering at the University of Central Florida. Nathan lends his expertise to Florida Prime by maintaining the Prime websites, in an effort to keep Prime players and parents up to date on news and events. Coach Laddy is an area native and Creekside High School graduate who participated in the Pan American Games, was a member of the U.S. National Teams, and won St. Johns County Player of the Year during this time. He later attended the University of Alabama, Chipola Junior College, and Florida State University where he hit .320 as a senior. He worked at Chipola Junior College as a Recruiting Coordinator and is currently the Assistant Coach at Creekside High School.
Tim Winter

Director of Basketball

Tim Coach Winter is entering his 2nd season as the head girls basketball coach at Bartram Trail High.  He previously was the head boys basketball coach at St. Augustine High for 10 seasons.  He has coached four players who went on to play Division 1 basketball, and fifteen future college players in total.  He has been recognized as St. Johns River Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and received the Jeff Holt Pursuing Victory with Honor award in St. Johns County.  Prior to becoming a high school coach, Tim served as an assistant coach at Flagler College for 2 years.  He played at Flagler College for four seasons, including serving as team captain.  Tim graduated from Orange Park High. 

Jen Harman

Director of Softball

Jen Harman graduated from UNF, where she had a standout softball career and maintained a 4.0 GPA. After earning numerous athletic and academic awards, Harman was named UNF’s Scholar Athlete of the Year in 1999.

After graduation, Jen began her teaching and coaching career in St. Johns County. She started the softball program at Bartram Trail and has built it into a public school powerhouse in Northeast Florida. Through 19 complete seasons, Coach Harman has a record of 455-99. She has led her team to 18 play-off appearances, 13 District championships, 5 Final Fours, and 2 State championships. The Bartram Trail softball program has produced 15 St. Augustine Record Players of the Year in those 19 seasons. In addition, many former players have continued their softball careers at high level colleges/universities such as, FSU, Georgia Tech, Princeton, Villanova, UCF, Florida Gulf Coast and several other Division I, Division II and State Colleges.

Scott Miller

Director of Tennis

Scott Miller is the owner of 904 Tennis, which he founded in August of 2016.  Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Florida, where he played tennis (1996-2000).  Scott has been the Head Professional at Deerwood Country Club (2001-2004), the Assistant Director of Tennis at Palencia (2004-2007), and the Director of Tennis at Julington Creek Plantation (2007-2016).  In August 2016 he started 904 Tennis and expanded to four facilities under his management by 2017.
During his career he and his staff have coached countless recreational adults and juniors, thousands of competitive junior players, and hundreds of kids that have gone on to play college tennis, several of which have gone on to be fellow teaching tennis professionals.  Scott has directed and managed over 150 tournaments including charity events, member guest events, and USTA sanctioned tournaments.  Scott and his staff have coached several adult teams to national, sectional and regional championships in the USTA, as well as several First Coast and Country Club city championships.  Scott was a USTA Zonal Team Championship coach from 2002-2006 and has coached several players that have competed in the Clay Court National Championships, Easter Bowl, Orange Bowl, and USTA Hard Court National Championships.  Scott has been the Head Coach for the Bartram Trail Boys Tennis Team for three seasons, and led the team to the 2018 FHSAA 3A State Title.  Scott is USPTA certified and was selected by his peers as the 2012 USPTA District Professional of the year.
