Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for product customization and shipping. If you selected local pick-up, you will be notified when your merchandise arrives at our Jacksonville office located at 9424 Baymeadows Rd #250, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

If you are unable to pick up your merchandise during one of these time frames and would like to pick up your merchandise during one of our current programs your child is participating in, please reply to your "Order is in!" e-mail to make pick-up arrangements.
