Volleyball is an explosive sport with quick movements, reactions, and where athletic ability is important. Come work on becoming more explosive, increasing your vertical, quickness, and stability which will help with injury prevention.
Coach Kekic has an extensive background in jump training through her experience as a jumper and sprinter in college and also coaching jumps throughout her coaching career in track. She uses an approach that is designed to engage fast twitch muscles, single leg stability work, lift heavy, rest often, and be explosive. She has learned this through attending clinics put on by NFL trainers, top track and field coaches, and continued research and implementation with her volleyball and track athletes.
