Felipe Munoz

Executive Director

Felipe has spent his career developing athletes on the field while leveraging growth opportunities for the sports programs he leads. His high level visions and talent-development methods have led him to invitational participation within CONMEBOL/FIFA. Through these events he has firsthand experience organizing youth World Cup qualifying tournaments.  Most recently he served as the Head Director of Coaching at Florida Elite Soccer Academy where he oversaw the coaching staff development, tournaments and events organization, sponsorships and partnership planning, and coordination of new programs. Felipe implemented new and innovative techniques to increase enrollment, as well as running one of the largest soccer tournament and ID Showcases in the country. These events not only provided unique opportunities for players, but also brought significant revenue to the local economy. 

Prior to his role in youth soccer, Felipe served as an Athletic Director in a private school setting. He was also the Head Coach of the Texas A&M Int. University Women’s Soccer Team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Int., holding a bachelors degree in Fitness & Sports, as well as a masters degrees in Sports Management and Leadership. He has held the role of adjunct professor at Texas A&M Int. University in the field of Fitness and Sports. He is currently dedicated to building the best sports club in Florida. 

Chelsea Santoro

Chelsea is a career higher education administrator, currently serving as a Senior Director at Jacksonville University.  She lends her experience to Florida Prime by implementing technical platforms, garnering community support, and working to maximize program participation. Additionally, Chelsea has experience leading youth athletic and recreational programs as co-founder and operator of St. Johns Day Camps and WGV Soccer Academy.

Rick Marabell

Head Coach Creekside

Coach Rick was raised in the wrestling haven of Eastern Pennsylvania and participated in the sport throughout his high school and college career where he attended Millerville University and Keystone College. Currently, he is the head coach at Creekside High School where he started the wrestling program and oversaw more than 200 career wins over the past 13 years, including 3 district team titles and an individual state champion. He took the Creekside team as the titled Regional Champions to the inaugural season of the state dual series final four.

Chad Parker

Coach Chad wrestled throughout his high school career in South Carolina, graduating from Orange Park High School. He was the head wrestling coach at Orange Park High School from 2006-2014. During this time he led the team to 4 district titles, a regional runner-up finish, and an individual state champion. Coach Chad has over 300 career dual-meet wins and has been the career-win leader at both schools he’s represented, and the fastest head coach to reach 100 wins in St. Johns County. Additionally, he is a football coach at Bartram Trail High School and has assisted more than 70 students in obtaining college scholarships.

Chase Jefferys

Chase grew up as a multi-sport athlete and began focusing on wrestling as a freshman in high school placing top 10 in the state of Massachusetts. He achieved All-American status by placing at Nationals in New York. Chase also completed off-season training under Judo World Champion and Olympic Medalist, Jimmy Pedro and trained at Harvard University with Bekzod Abdurakhmonov, wrestler and freestyle martial artist. Upon graduation from high school, Chase attended Norwich University as a Marine Corp Cadet and was a starting lineup wrestler on the NCAA Division III team. He traveled extensively, as far as Russia, to compete and train during his collegiate career. He later pursued the art of Brazilian Jujutsu and trained for MMA with UFC fighter, Devin Powell. He next transferred to Flagler College where he finished with a degree in Business in order to develop a career in the fitness industry. He obtained the ISSA Personal Training Certification to align his academic and personal passions into his life’s work and founded CJ Fitness 904 in 2020.
Evan McCall

Coach Bartram Trail

Coach Evan wrestled for Fleming Island High School, where he was the first freshman who made it to the state tournament, and continued to make it to the tournament each year (landing him a mention in Sports Illustrated). He was titled the State Runner-Up his senior year and National All-American. Coach Evan is the former #1 amateur bantam weight MMA fighter in Florida. He has coached at Orange Park Junior High School and is currently a coach at Bartram Trail High School. 

Jared Langdo

Coach Creekside

Coach Jared wrestled locally at Creekside High School where he achieved over 100 wins and was a 2 time District Champion and State Qualifier. He participated in all styles of wrestling and enjoys them all. Since graduating high school in 2015 he’s coached youth, middle, and high school wrestling in St. Johns County. Specifically, he coached for Creeks Athletic Association, Red and Black wrestling, St. Johns Wrestling Academy and provided personal training on a one on one basis. He was a member of the wrestling club team at UNF, and recently graduated with a bachelors in exercise science and is ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified.”

Matt Krabill

Coach Matt is a Melbourne native and wrestled locally at Fleming Island High School. His coaching experience includes Green Cove High School, Ridgeview High School, and Lake Asbury Junior High School where he led his team to win the Northeast Florida Championship.
